Our products are crafted in Brazil.

Our customer service operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, except on weekends and major holidays. While we aim to respond promptly, please allow 24-48 hours for a reply.

Dazzle Flip-flops is closed on weekends, holidays, and occasionally on other special occasions. If there are any delays in shipping orders, we will notify you through our website.

We do not currently. Our online-only store provides convenience and access to our products anytime, anywhere!

Custom orders originating from Brazil typically arrive in the US within 10 to 15 days. For precise timelines, please contact us.

Order & Shipping

We are located in Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. We primarily ship domestic packages via USPS. Depending on your distance from Arizona, your package may take longer to arrive.

We generally process orders within 48 hours on weekdays unless it's a national holiday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders due to technical constraints. However, we can assist in canceling multiple orders for you to place a new consolidated order, provided none of the orders have been shipped. Contact us for support!

We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Your order will generally ship within 2-5 business days. Transit times vary based on distance and the selected delivery method.

Shipping rates depend on factors like the total weight of the package and the chosen shipping method.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 48 hours, and once processed we will be unable to make any changes.

Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if they have not been fulfilled yet. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return.

Tracking information typically updates within 1-2 business days after receiving your tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, as a small business, we can't process exchanges. However, we can ship you the item you wish to have in a separate order. You may return the items you wish to return according to our shipping policy.

We want you to be happy! If, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with our product and wish to return it, you can contact us to process a return. Please visit our formal return policy here.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
